Harris Wants Eve

Ian's and Eve's fates rest in a revenge-minded stranger's hands this week on Port Charles.

"Harris is a very wealthy philanthropist, and he has abducted Eve and Ian to find a cure, because he's ill," explains Ramy Zada (Harris).  "He also wants to basically torture Ian and have sex with Eve."

Oh, dear, Harris and Ian go way back -- to Africa, in fact -- where Dr. Thornhart attempted to import a serum to save children's lives.  "They were constantly butting heads," continues Zada.  "The serum was supposed to be delivered to Ian, but Harris hijacked the shipment to sell it to other people.  The children perished, and Ian was left holding the bag and feeling guilty.  Since then, Ian has always had a hatred for Harris, and Harris for Ian."

Prior to the abduction, Harris had been skulking around town, digging up dirt on his nemesis.  His findings?  Ian has good taste in women.

"Originally, Harris wanted just Ian, but then he became smitten with Eve and dug up some things from her past," Zada relates.  "He noticed the attraction between Ian and Eve, and it was another way to dig a knife into Ian's side."

So does Harris merely want a cure with some bonus revenge -- or do his malicious plots go even further?  "He's a dangerous person," declares Zada.  "Ian and Eve are in a position where they're going to have to do something.  They obviously have nowhere to go, so they have to play along.  And how that all unfolds is part of the story."
